Bennett Pharmaceuticals of America, LLC (“Bennett”) produces two major proprietary product lines and formulations it has developed and branded as "STAT" (Medical Applications) and “Orlicaine” (Medical and Dental Applications), as well as additional products from the current bulk and shortage lists.

STAT and Orlicaine are protected by formulation and method patents that will provide 20 years exclusivity. As a 503B outsourcing facility Bennett is the sole manufacturer of STAT and Orlicaine.

MaxMist is a patented topical anesthetic that provides temporary relief of pain for the mucosal and subdermal tissue. Developed in a cGMP-registered 503B facility, MaxMist delivers anesthesia with a fine mist spray pattern optimized for mucosal absorption — packaged in a disposable container for single-patient use.
