Please write who referred you here.” Each valid entry referencing a current customer in this section will be counted as one (1) entry for that current customer into the giveaway.

Giveaway Terms and Conditions

To be eligible for entry into the giveaway, a new customer must place and pay for an order on or before September 1, 2025. During the checkout process, the new customer must enter the current customer’s full name in the field labeled “How did you hear about us? Please write who referred you here.” Each valid entry referencing a current customer in this section will be counted as one (1) entry for that current customer into the giveaway. Valid only for dentists, hygienists, dental assistants, dental reps and office staff from a dental clinic that purchases Orlicaine. New customers may also refer others after their first purchase.

The giveaway drawing for the trip will be conducted in September 2025. The trip prize will be awarded to one individual selected by random draw from all valid entries.

In addition, the free Orlicaine prize will be awarded to the customer who receives the highest number of valid referrals (entries) by the deadline. This equals 12 jars of Orlicaine. Limited to dentists only.

If the winner of the giveaway trip is unable or unwilling to travel, they may opt to receive a one-time cash alternative of $5,000 USD in lieu of the trip. No substitutions, exchanges, or modifications to the free Orlicaine prize will be permitted.

A minimum of five hundred (500) valid entries must be received by Sept 1, 2025, in order for the giveaway to proceed. If fewer than 500 entries are received, the giveaway may be canceled at the sole discretion of the sponsor.
